Rick has served as a pastor for 35 years. His ministry has included roles as executive pastor of Scottsdale Bible Church in Scottsdale, Arizona; The Rock Church in San Diego, California; and Venture Christian Church in Los Gatos, California. His leadership has been characterized by helping leaders align their God-given talents and real life experience with significant ministry opportunities. Rick is the Chairman of Primemovers. Rick has been married to Kathy for 35 years. They have three grown children and many grandchildren.
