Kitty is a builder of leaders, teams, and organizations. She is the owner of Built to Lead – The Allen Group, a leadership development firm founded in 2004. She draws from over 30 years of experience in the corporate world and as a non-profit entrepreneur. Her consulting practice is focused on training and equipping Kingdom leaders through coaching, team facilitation, vision-casting, and strategic planning. Kitty serves as the President of Primemovers, providing leadership to the expanding global ministry. She also serves the ministry of Living on the Edge as the Senior Vice President of Disciple Ministry.  Kitty is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degrees. She has four adult children, two grandchildren, and lives in central Ohio.
