As this year draws to a close, we want to pause to thank God and give Him all the glory for His favor over the ministry of Primemovers in 2024.
- By His grace, we convened and launched marketplace leaders in 7 cities in the US, Kenya, Dubai, and Singapore into the Primemovers program, bringing our community to 580 (active and alumni) at the end of 2024. Additional groups are being convened to launch in early 2025.
- We are grateful for our dedicated team of 14 conveners in multiple cities around the globe.
- We trained 8 new facilitators, 6 of whom are international alumni, bringing our team of active facilitators to 25, each of whom generously volunteers their time to lead these groups.
- Our faithful Primemovers Prayer Team of 56 alumni prays monthly for Chip, for every group session, and for each facilitator. We also intercede for the prayer requests of our alumni’s holy ambition initiatives. Our prayer team is highly engaged with an average monthly email open rate of 75% (Context: the average email open rate is 35%).
- We have partnerships with 5 churches in the US to convene and facilitate Primemovers groups. We look to grow more partnerships with churches to serve the marketplace leaders in their congregations.
- Many groups continue to meet quarterly post-graduation for mutual accountability and continued spiritual growth, living out Proverbs 27:17.
We see the fruit God is bringing forth as Primemovers are living out their Ephesians 2:10 calling from God through their unique holy ambitions. Our alumni have great stories to share and more will be captured and shared in video and written form in the coming year. As God is moving powerfully in and through each Primemover, real needs are being met in communities, discipleship is expanding and deepening, Kingdom generosity is being activated, the vulnerable are being helped and given hope, and leaders of influence in the marketplace are championing Kingdom collaboration by breaking down silos through their visionary and faithful leadership in key cities.
As encouraging as it is to see the Kingdom fruit God is bringing forth through hundreds of Primemovers living out their holy ambitions, what is most encouraging to me is to see and hear stories of the deep work God is doing and has done in each Primemover’s life, as He conforms us to the image of His beloved Son.
